I do agree some of it is getting disgusting in my opinion, but that’s just it. It’s my opinion. I’d never want to see every vein in my body, but whatever I guess.

Just look at competitive bodybuilding in the professional ranks..its disgusting..nothing like the 70s and 80s.

That isn’t always true. I have a friend who was a power lifter who modeled for Abercrombie back in his younger years. It totally depends on how your body develops. I do agree though that there are some guys out there that are getting to the absolutely disgusting point. I don’t think women find seeing every vein in your body attractive, but I could be wrong.

Powerlifters use heavy weights and low reps workout after workout..they get very strong but their physiques are horrible

because his modeling pictures for A&F focus more on the upperbody and how it looks in diff shirts

I never said heavier weights are not important. What I said is that he doesnt FOCUS on lifting heavy weights..yes he might throw in some heavy weight lifting here and there but it isnt his daily routine

What you just said is a common misconception. Heavier weights are always more important. He just uses lighter weights in the video to seems manly without struggling.

this guy is well defined and toned because he doesnt focus on the amount of weight being lifted..for him its more about fast paced workouts to get in and out the gym quick

thank you for saying that. i get sick of people blasting a&f models. just because they are attractive doesnt mean theyre gay.

usually you want to work upper body one day and then lower body like legs the next. also if your focusing on upper body, i recommend workout all the upper muscles, biceps, lats, triceps, pex, abs, etc, and then the next day do a light run like one or two miles to keep your legs good and still have decent cardio

yet he models for the most popular clothing brand in amercia. obviously it works for him. post a video of yourself and well see what you look like. prolly a scrawny ass little boy

He must be doing something right. He looks amazing and he models for Abercrombie – unlike most of the losers here that are picking at him. LOL

I don’t see that “his abs are VERY visible!” you blind ass morron, unless you have very low standards for abs, but I would expect that from a piece of shit like you

rezfromdead

yes he does…. your body fat has to be under 10 % to even see your abs… and his abs are VERY visible! Its probably from 4-6 percent. So YOU have no idea what your talking about fart nut!
